We have a great career opportunity for a senior machinery development engineer with management skills. As the Engineering Manager-Design & Development, you will provide technical guidance for the Engineering Department and lead R&D projects for the company.
You will be expected to acquire a high level of technical expertise in BE’s technology and the film extrusion industry. You will travel internationally for project/technology evaluation and meetings with customers.
As the successful candidate, you have a minimum of ten years senior machine design experience and demonstrated leadership skills in technology development. You have the ability to lead and coach senior designers, and take your innovative ideas from conceptual design to commercial success in the marketplace. A Mechanical Engineering degree and P.Eng. designation are required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
